Welcome to Kostoto. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Kostoto ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://kostoto.cam and its associated subdomains and applications.

By accessing the Kostoto platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game, bet, promotion, or competition offered by Kostoto, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

Kostoto operates under an international gaming licence and provides its services to players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. These Terms apply to all services offered by Kostoto, including but not limited to slot games, live dealer tables, sports betting, poker, lottery, and all promotional activities.

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account with Kostoto, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Kostoto strictly prohibits access to its Gaming Services by individuals under the age of 21. This requirement reflects the minimum age for casino-style gambling under international licensing standards applicable to Kostoto's operations.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country or territory of residence.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be located in, a resident of, or accessing the platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of Kostoto is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• One Account Rule: Each individual person is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Kostoto platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• Own Identity: You must register using your own true and accurate personal details. Creating an account on behalf of another person, using a pseudonym, or providing false information during registration is strictly prohibited.
• Not a Kostoto Employee: Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of Kostoto and its affiliated entities are not permitted to maintain a Player Account or participate in promotions.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

Kostoto employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Upon first withdrawal request, or at any point Kostoto deems necessary for compliance purposes, you may be required to provide:

• A valid Malaysian government-issued photo identification (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence);
• Proof of address dated within the past three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence);
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document;
• Evidence of payment method ownership, such as a screenshot of your e-wallet or a bank statement showing your name and account details.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. KYC review typically takes 24–48 business hours once all required documents have been submitted in full.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify Kostoto support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. Kostoto shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

Kostoto supports a range of payment methods designed to serve Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and RHB Bank. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) without currency conversion surcharges, unless otherwise specified.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. The general minimum deposit is RM10.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account within minutes of confirmation from your payment provider.
• Kostoto does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name.
• Kostoto reserves the right to decline or reverse deposits that cannot be verified as originating from a Player-owned payment source.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by method. Indicative times: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) under 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX transfers 5–15 minutes; bank wire transfers 15–60 minutes. All times are estimates for verified accounts during normal operating conditions and are not guaranteed.
• Kostoto reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to any withdrawal request exceeding MYR 5,000 or as part of routine AML monitoring, which may extend processing times.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.

Kostoto offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback programmes, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific promotional terms which are published alongside each promotion and form part of this Agreement.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before the bonus balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements are between 15x and 30x the bonus amount, as specified per promotion.
• Time Limits: All bonuses are subject to a validity period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issuance, within which the wagering requirement must be completed. Unmet bonuses will expire and be removed from the Account at the end of the validity period.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10–20%), as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Single Bonus Policy: Kostoto operates a one-active-bonus policy. A Player may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted under a specific promotion.
• Abuse Prevention: Kostoto reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where bonus abuse or coordinated exploitation of promotional offers is detected. This includes, without limitation, arbitrage betting, the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, and collusion.
• Refer A Friend: Referral bonuses are issued once the referred player completes their first qualifying deposit and meets minimum activity thresholds. Both referrer and referred must be verified and in good standing.

All bets placed and games played on the Kostoto platform are subject to the following general rules, supplemented by any game-specific or sport-specific rules made available on the platform:

• Bets are final and irrevocable once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying all bet details — including selections, stake amounts, and odds — before confirmation.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or communications failure that affects the outcome or settlement of a bet or game, Kostoto reserves the right to declare the affected transaction void and return stakes to the relevant Account(s).
• Where manifestly incorrect odds or pricing have been published due to human or system error, Kostoto reserves the right to correct the error and settle affected bets at the correct market odds. Players will be notified of any such corrections.
• All casino games on the Kostoto platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently audited for statistical fairness. RTP percentages are based on long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee outcomes in individual sessions.
• Kostoto's sportsbook covers a range of markets including Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, English Premier League (EPL) matches, UEFA Champions League, AFC competitions, UFC events, and other major sporting events. Market availability, bet types, and maximum stake limits may vary by event and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bet types and are displayed within the relevant game or betting market. Kostoto reserves the right to adjust limits for individual Players based on risk management requirements.

Players must not engage in any conduct that is unlawful, harmful, or contrary to the integrity of the Kostoto platform or its other players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Accessing the platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction or using VPN, proxy servers, or similar technologies to circumvent geographical restrictions;
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different identities;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or external parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform to facilitate any other financial crime;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform in a manner that provides an unintended advantage;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Kostoto staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of any Kostoto software or platform component.

Kostoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A Player is found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms;
• KYC verification cannot be completed to Kostoto's satisfaction;
• Suspicious activity is detected in connection with the Account, including irregular betting patterns, suspected fraud, or unusual withdrawal behaviour;
• Kostoto is required to do so under applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order;
• A Player is deceased, legally incapacitated, or declared bankrupt;
• A Player has exercised their right to self-exclusion under Kostoto's Responsible Gambling policy.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via their last-used payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and AML checks.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting Kostoto support via live chat or email. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours, and the Account will be permanently restricted from the date of confirmation.

All content on the Kostoto platform — including but not limited to the Kostoto brand name, logo, trademarks, domain names, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, databases, and all associated intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to Kostoto and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Kostoto platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Kostoto content or software.

Any unauthorised use of Kostoto's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kostoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or betting stakes resulting from technical errors, platform outages, or connectivity issues beyond Kostoto's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain Account security or from unauthorised Account access where Kostoto was not at fault;
• Any damage to a Player's device, software, or data arising from use of the platform;
• Losses resulting from a Player acting on incorrect or misunderstood information published on the platform, where Kostoto exercised reasonable care in publishing such information.

Kostoto's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of connected incidents shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant incident.

Nothing in this clause limits Kostoto's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Kostoto is committed to operating a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following responsible gambling tools and obligations apply to all Players:

• Age Restriction: The platform is strictly prohibited to individuals under the age of 21. Kostoto employs age verification procedures and will immediately close any Account where underage access is confirmed.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time from within their Account settings. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase deposit limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session reminders and mandatory cooling-off periods to manage the duration of their gambling sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Any Player may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for their set duration. During self-exclusion, all marketing communications will cease.

Kostoto collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of Kostoto's Privacy Policy as published at /privacy-policy.

Kostoto collects personal data for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and compliance with anti-money laundering and regulatory reporting obligations. Personal data is not sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulated service providers (e.g., KYC verification platforms, payment processors) where strictly necessary to deliver services or meet legal obligations.

Players have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data, subject to Kostoto's legal obligations to retain certain records for regulatory purposes. Data retention requests should be directed to [email protected].

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kostoto holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including its interpretation, validity, breach, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, without prejudice to Kostoto's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to attempt resolution of any dispute through Kostoto's internal complaints procedure. Complaints may be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Kostoto will acknowledge all written complaints within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 20 business days of receipt.

Where a complaint is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction through the internal procedure, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by Kostoto's licensing authority.

Kostoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable law, regulatory guidance, platform functionality, or business practice.

Where changes are material — meaning they affect Player rights, financial obligations, or eligibility conditions — Kostoto will provide at least 14 days' prior notice via email to the registered address on the Player's Account and through a prominent notification on the platform. For minor or administrative amendments, changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Kostoto platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact Kostoto to close your Account.
